Attaine Executive Briefing

Executive Briefings are high-value, interactive sessions addressing issues and practices impacting strategic performance and success.

The demands of leading an organization make it difficult for the senior team to meet for long periods of time. Generally 90 minutes or less in length, Executive Briefings give the executive and senior leadership team the opportunity to deepen their understanding about, interact with, and respond to issues and practices impacting strategic performance and success. Quickly getting to the key elements of an issue or practice ensures a high level of value in return for the investment in time.

Briefings can be conducted in a stand-alone manner or can be included with other leadership activities. Executive Briefings are a valuable component of every client engagement and increase the value of each leadership service.

Sustainable Strategic Success (S3) Briefing

The Sustainable Strategic Success (S3) briefing introduces a comprehensive model of a high-impact, strategy-focused organization and the barriers hindering sustainable strategic success.

This briefing identifies the business practices and principles essential to achieving each of the three interlinking factors enabling sustainable strategic success. Emphasis is given to the barriers hindering their successful implementation. Removing the barriers to each success factor is essential to realizing the full strategic value of that factor — vital to becoming a high-impact, strategy-focused organization.

Reflecting current research and the practices of successful businesses and business leaders, this briefing provides an excellent foundation to Attaine's leadership services and to the achievement of your company's strategic goals.

Briefing participants are encouraged to ask questions and make candid observations regarding their organization related to the issues addressed during the briefing. Participants are also given an opportunity to rate their organization using the success criteria presented in the briefing.

Critical Issues Briefings

The Critical Issues briefings address issues and practices identified by the senior leadership team impacting the successful achievement of strategic goals.

Periodically throughout the year, briefing sessions addressing critical cross-functional issues and practices are scheduled and presented to your senior leadership team. Each scheduled session includes two briefings addressing two different topics.

The issues addressed, as well as the number of briefing sessions scheduled during a year, are determined by your leadership team. Recommendations are offered by David Seregow based on his ongoing research, your company's current opportunities and challenges, and his work with other successful companies. Each interactive briefing identifies the essential elements of the selected issue or practice and gives participants the opportunity for candid discussion, evaluation, and follow-up application.

For two weeks following each briefing session, David Seregow provides virtual coaching regarding the issues addressed during the briefings enabling participants to apply the results of the briefings to their areas of leadership.

The Critical Issues briefings provide an efficient and effective way for your senior leadership team to engage with each other throughout the year on issues impacting your organization's strategic success without needing to set aside large blocks of time.
