Once the data has been analyzed and the plans are in place, the real fun — and the real challenges — begin. David Seregow offers ongoing guidance and support, tailored to the needs of the senior leadership team and individual team members. The focus is on ensuring success by empowering the team and individual team members to fully achieve what they want to accomplish.

Executive Briefings

Executive Briefings are high-value, interactive sessions addressing issues and practices impacting strategic performance and success.

The demands of leading an organization make it difficult for the senior team to meet for long periods of time. Generally 90 minutes or less in length, Executive Briefings give the senior leadership team the opportunity to deepen its understanding about, interact with, and respond to issues and practices impacting strategic performance and success. Quickly getting to the key elements of an issue or practice ensures a high level of value in return for the investment in time.

Briefings can be conducted in a stand-alone manner or be included with other leadership activities. Executive Briefings are often included in the Advisement and Collaboration leadership services introduced above.
